Thriving through tough negotiations

When one of our clients needed to put her best foot forward to manage tough negotiations for her company, she engaged Lesley as her coach to refine and structure her messages. During the two days of workshops, Lesley also imparted proven techniques on how to respond effectively to tough questions. And the feedback?...

Brand & Communication Strategy

This publishing client may be located on a farm near Burnie Tasmania but communications-wise they are very much a global presence. Lesley White Communications supports them from strategy (workshops to assist in planning strategic marketing for its upcoming online diploma course on sustainable 'Permaculture" design) to every day management (content management and copywriting). And when it comes to the publishing house's many titles, we liaise directly with prospective translators overseas.

Community Relations for a new development

This client sought to expand its operations to a new venue where the local community was vocal in its opposition
and concerned about over-development. We started with in-house media and messaging coaching to clarify the approach and messages before implementing a comprehensive community engagement program, dedicated website and e-newsletter. Ultimately the D.A. - that pre-emptively took neighbours' say into account - was approved unanimously. The local Council commended our client on its collaborative approach.

Online Sales Leads for Tourism Operator

Our client's eco-cabin on his property in New South Wales' Central West wasn't attracting the level of enquiries and bookings he wanted. We worked with him to clarify the most important target customers and critical messages and to develop digital marketing content. Today the updated website and Facebook page are working hard. Google rankings are up and sales enquiries have increased significantly. Importantly, the owner/operator is attracting more of the kinds of customers he prefers to host. He was so pleased with our work that he brought us on board for his next venture in the building industry.
